Amanda Lukoff – Director, Executive Producer, Writer
Amanda worked for many years in communications-related positions in the non- profit & private sector, as well as doing on-camera and voice-over work, before deciding to focus her energy & passion on film and TV production. In 2010, Amanda and her husband Danny founded Thorough Productions, a full-service production company based out of the DC metro area. Amanda has broadened her scope of work to include directing, producing, and writing. Clients include: the U.S. Department of Education, Custom Safaris and the Delaware Coalition for Health & Justice.
Daniel Egan – Editor, Producer, Sound Recording, 2nd Camera
Danny has worked as an editor and motion graphics artist for the last 15 years, honing his craft and skills on commercials, trailers & promos and long & short form television, including projects for National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, TLC, Investigation Discovery, History Channel, Smithsonian Network, PBS, ABC, TV One, BET, Sirius/XM, ESPN, Verizon, Military Channel, RL TV and GMMB. Zachary Halberd – Cinematographer, Lighting, Colorist
Zac started shooting films in the UK 10 years ago, working his way through the camera department, and eventually working as 1st AC on many British features and television, including BBC Wales’ documentaries and BBC One’s Dr. Who. He now works as a cinematographer and colorist in NYC and LA, shooting narrative & documentary features, commercials, television and episodic web series. Clients include: History Channel, CBS, NBC Sports, Spike TV, Food Network, PBS, Scandinavian PTV and various independent documentary features.
Spencer Clinton Parker – Field Producer
Spencer has been working in film and television for over 10 years on a variety of projects ranging from feature length documentaries to tv commercials. Whether producing a documentary series for television or crafting media content for a national brand, Spencer's attention to the details of his medium is driven by the conviction that he has the power to influence the world for good. Clients include: Hope TV, Major League Baseball Players Trust, Volunteers of America, Target, PTA, Pepco, EmPower MD, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Merrimack County Savings Bank, National Park Service, Capitol Records, Price Waterhouse Cooper, and NASA.
Kimberly Palombo, PhD – Disabilities Consultant
Kimberly has been working in the field of disabilities for nearly ten years, focusing on the education and inclusion of individuals with disabilities across settings. Following her work as a special educator in Washington, DC, she pursued her doctoral degree in learning disabilities, concentrating her research focus on the family literacy environment and its impact on students at risk for reading failure. She currently serves as Director of Student Support at an inclusive independent school in Washington, DC and teaches coursework in special education at the University of Maryland and American University. She has expertise in instruction of students with disabilities, the history of special education, and both quantitative and qualitative research design in the field of special education.
Basha Silverman, MSS – Sociology Consultant
Basha has over a decade of experience in non-profit social services. Starting out as a volunteer in Delaware, Basha has worked in program development, management and process improvement in areas such as HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental health. Basha has served on several local, regional, and national boards and coalitions. She is a founder of Delaware's first coalition aimed at designing a gender specific, health focused response to victims of trauma. Basha also served as a producer alongside Amanda Lukoff & Daniel Egan of Thorough Productions on the short documentary WISH. She holds a Masters degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr School of Social Work and Social Research and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Delaware. Basha currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Expansion for Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia. She resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania with her husband and two precious daughters.
